The next University of Southern California/Public Diplomacy Council “First Monday” sandwich lunch forum, takes place on Monday 2 December, 12:00 to 1:00 pm, with the theme: Public Diplomacy as a Global Phenomenon: The Baltic States. Representatives of the embassies of Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania will speak about their country’s public diplomacy and how it is implemented in the United States.
The event is held at American Foreign Service Association, 2101 E Street NW, in Washington DC (Foggy Bottom metro). Sandwiches and soft drinks/bottled water will be served. The event is free, but RSVPs by e-mail are required by Sunday 1 December to eva [dot] harder [dot] pdc [at] gmail [dot] com.
